As for cooked entrees, Kotobuki offers a chilean sea bass, grilled skewers with either chicken or steak, or several differ stir fry bowls.
Kotobuki is by far our favorite sushi spot on Long Island! We have tried close to every roll and the tasty boy is most definitely my favorite. Other amazing choices are the Gold Coast, hole in one, or crazy salmon. Everything that comes from this place is incredible in its own way.
