  3. Almost all TSR files need to be installed by the launcher after they are in the Downloads folder. I believe this is the problem. If it is a package file it needs to go into your premade Packages folder.

  7. I download the item, right-click open, Launcher opens, second window opens, but then a notification pops up that says "There are no packages to install." I find the grammar odd since one would normally move "packages" into the Mod folder and not right-click install.
