I recently started using sims 3 custom content for my game, and putting .sims3pack files into the downloads folder works and they all show up in-game, however .package files into Mods folder have not shown up whatsoever.

5 cze 2023 · If small files are downloading just fine but large files are not, check your disk space. If no files are downloading, then your drive or partition is full, absent, locked or faulty.
Almost all TSR files need to be installed by the launcher after they are in the Downloads folder. I believe this is the problem. If it is a package file it needs to go into your premade Packages folder.
17 gru 2018 · If you have previously downloaded CC on TSR and placed in manually in your Mods folder, then it will unfortunately not show up. But you can use your Download History page on TSR ( https://thesimsresource.com/downloads/history ) to install them again with the CC Manager.
.Sims3Pack files go into Downloads folder to be installed via the downloads tab in the Launcher. .package files usually go into (\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages) depending on how you have your mods folder setup.
27 sty 2021 · When files are missing from the TSR Custom Content Manager there can be a variety of causes... 1. The game is running when you try installing the content. Make sure the game is not already running when using the TSR CC manager (both access the same files and that can lead to conflicts and crashes).
I download the item, right-click open, Launcher opens, second window opens, but then a notification pops up that says "There are no packages to install." I find the grammar odd since one would normally move "packages" into the Mod folder and not right-click install.
