As an example, I will describe how I moved my Mods folder from its original location on my C: Drive, to my E: Drive, an M.2 SSD that I use to run programs that take (relatively) forever to load on a HDD: copy your Mods directory (or whichever directory you wish) to your desired location. Just remember the file path to your new Mods location.
After that open CMD/command prompt as administrator, now get your copy. pasted/cut folders address. for example: "E:/Electronic Arts" and the location it's supposed to be in "C:\Users\LENOVO\Documents\Electronic Arts"
Any mods ending in ".ts4script" can only go 1 folder deep. If you download a mod and it's in a ZIP, RAR, 7Z, or anything else like that, you must extract it first before placing it in your Mods folder. How you organize it is up to you as long as you follow that.
