It covers reactions to the public during Flynn's final days before he disappears, the "Flynn Lives" movement, and the tensions between ENCOM and Sam Flynn.
Tron: The Next Day is meant to fill in the backstory between TRON (1982) and Tron: Legacy (2011). Some scenes in the short also set up the story for a potential third film. This is just awesome, and, hopefully, TR3N will be released someday. It's what happened in the real world during that time.
