PhilSys Check is an offline identity authentication tool in the form of a website. It utilizes public-private key cryptography to verify the authenticity of both the PhilID and ePhilID.
To check if you already have your PSN, go to https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. You will be required to enter your transaction reference number (TRN) which is the 29-digit number found in your transaction slip issued to you after your Step 2 registration.
