14 kwi 2007 · Here's a short update on my mill rebuild. I've got the mill fully disassembled, almost entirely cleaned, and have started stripping the multiple layers of paint. It's been several shades of Tree green, 2 different creams, battleship grey, and Miller welder blue.

23 sty 2021 · My first thought for a repair was to weld up the damaged Tee slots then re-machine. But on closer examination the damage inside the slot was more severe than I realized so welding was out. Tree machines are very high quality so I wanted to do it justice with a good quality repair.
11 lip 2021 · This is a followup to the Tree ram repair post in Jan 2021. I tried to attach the link to that post but couldn't get it to work. The initial plan for the head was to retrieve the spring clip I dropped in the spindle housing, install new belts and change oil in the gear box.
31 mar 2015 · In your case I think a Tree 2UVR would be a excellent choice. Before making a purchase I would check with H&W Machine Repair & Rebuilding to see if they handle Tree parts, or know of someone who does.
25 lis 2006 · I have a Tree 2UVR-C milling machine that I recently moved into my shop. I've been cleaning it up and have not yet turned it on. I know very little about this Tree brand but can tell you that their mills appear to be very sturdily made.
