The Human Resources Administration (HRA) ACCESS HRA website and free mobile app allow you to get information, apply for benefit programs, and view case information online.
With ACCESS HRA, you can apply for some HRA benefits, submit documents for your application, manage your case, and much more! Read the ACCESS HRA Users Guide for more information.
You must have or create an ACCESS HRA account and link it to your HRA case to use the features described below. You can use the website and mobile app to see your: Application or case status; EBT Card Balance; Recent payments; Upcoming appointments; Documents that HRA received and added to your case
If you are not a current City employee, you can register by clicking on the “Register Now” link on the NYC Job Search Portal homepage, creating a unique user name and password, and following the instructions for completing the registration process.
Go to ACCESS HRA (nyc.gov/accesshra) and log in/create an account. Go to the user profile by clicking on the arrow next to the user account name in the top right corner. Once logged in, check the "User Account" section to make sure you are connected to your cases.
