You must have or create an ACCESS HRA account and link it to your HRA case to use the features described below. You can use the website and mobile app to see your: Application or case status; EBT Card Balance; Recent payments; Upcoming appointments; Documents that HRA received and added to your case
With ACCESS HRA, you can apply for some HRA benefits, submit documents for your application, manage your case, and much more! Read the ACCESS HRA Users Guide for more information.

HRA account must be connected to your HRA case profile before you start the application or recertification. You must also sign up for email notifications and provide an email address to enroll in paperless notices.
