The humble energon miner known only as D-16 was a stickler to protocol, a Megatronus Prime fanboy who believed strict adherence to the system and its rules would one day allow him to ascend to greater heights.
However, a civil war broke out between the Autobots, led by Optimus Prime, and the Decepticons, led by Megatron. This war ravaged the planet, leaving it scarred and damaged. Despite the destruction, Cybertron remains a symbol of hope and resilience for the Transformers.
They are depicted as a faction of sentient robotic lifeforms led by Megatron, identified by a purple face-like insignia and they have red eyes (while the Autobots have blue eyes).

In the present day, Megatron leads his forces in battle with the Autobots on Earth. They're quite a varied crew, ranging from simple footsoldiers to loyal and unflinching members to power-hungry sociopaths, with new members periodically joining the ranks as others die or defect.
