TP-Link AC1200 Archer C50 V6 First, the LAN ports on this only provide a 100Mbps speed back to the VM router, so all your traffic on the Archer will be limited to that (including Wifi). Second, the blue port is a WAN port, to connect to the modem going out.
I have a couple of months using the tp-link archer c50 connected to my Starlink via ethernet. I did it like this since I have 20+ items using an old tp-link network name and I didn't wanted to spend too much time reconfiguring my whole house.

2 mar 2023 · The Archer range is a different beast, they are primarily replacement routers to use instead of your ISP router. The are configured as a SOHO router and tend to be more fully featured compared to deco, few more features and web GUI driven, but harder to setup overall.
I had this router for 2 days. I bought it to get better speeds as I'm having more WiFi 6 devices. Unfortunately it's been giving slower speeds and a very unreliable connection ever since. Even after optimizing it with a TP-Link member I couldn't get better speeds than my 8 year old router. Straight to the garbage bin!
I'm looking for a new router to match the speeds. I've seen so many good reviews about the Archer AC1200 C6. It's around 2.5k on Amazon. But the price of AX1500 is around 3.5k on Amazon. It has Wifi 6 and I can extend my budget to get it.
