In-person. Customers may come into the office at 2830 Neuse Blvd in New Bern and pay with cash, check, or money order. If it is after business hours, we have a drop box where customers may drop their check or money order ONLY. Do not deposit cash in the drop box. Customers may mail checks or money orders to the address provided on their bill.
