Applicants for building permits may come into City Hall 5th floor to speak with a Permit Technician in person Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding observed holidays). Walk-in customers are advised to arrive on the 5th floor no later than 4:15 PM to ensure timely service.
