Online Payments Information. Pay Real Estate, Personal Property and Excise Taxes Online. The Town of Ayer offers online bill payment through Unipay Gold. Payments may be made via ACH (electronic checking) or by Credit Card. There is a fee for this service. Click here to login or to sign up.
