Class Times. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday| 10:00am - 11:00am. Saturday| 10:00am - 11:00am. Tuesday and Thursday| 6:45pm - 7:30pm. This class is very good for seniors who have arthritis or have trouble with their knees or hip. Class meet daily at 1:00 PM.
