Make certain to write reviews about the tour on Tripadvisor and Viator - or other site you purchased the tour from. The reviews are invaluable.

I caught the monthly charge quickly and filed a complaint w BBB and a dispute with my credit card company. I also sent a complaint directly to Performance Golf, who defended their practice of adding the stealth subscription.
