5 sie 2007 · Make sure that the suspension is under full load when you torque control arms nuts. I still have stockers on my Taco but I've done a few polygraphite bushing upgrades and tightening them with full vehicle weight makes a difference.
21 gru 2015 · I installed total chaos uca about 7,000 miles ago. I have tried everything. I took them out cleaned them and check the bushing. Used recommended super lube and still squeaks like crazy. I have regressed them multiple times and still the same!!! It’s only on the right side of my truck that squeaks. What do you guys think is left to do?
18 gru 2007 · I've never heard Total Chaos say the UCAs would be squeak-free, but they recommend Super Lube and sell it on their site: http://www.chaosfab.com/toyaccess_misc.html. Don't expect miracles--I've never heard anybody claim it will get rid of all noises--but it could be better than other alternatives.
6 lut 2006 · I finally got around to fixing the horendous squeek on the Total Chaos upper control arms. All of the bushings were greased on the initial install, but a persistent squeek existed for any slight turn of the wheel.

14 lut 2021 · Only started squeaking once and I added the TriFlo lube to the joint and all was good. Does not change steering feel at all. What posters might have commented on is the increased resistance from running more caster. TC is the best. Stay away from SPC even though they’re recommended on here for their price.
16 sie 2023 · Sometimes the polyurethane bushings can make annoying squeaking noises, but proper lubrication can quiet them down. Greasing the bushings will also reduce friction and allow the suspension to smoothly travel through the full range of motion without binding.
