13 wrz 2021 · Those with Centre Lock wheels will be aware you need to tighten the Centre Lock bolts to a torque of 600 nm and torque wrenches capable of this kind of grunt are few, far between - and expensive!
The system allows you to easily remove the center lock nut with just a conventional 20" long, 1/2" drive breaker bar/torque wrench with an amount of force similar to what is required to remove a lug on a car with a regular five lug bolt system.
3 lip 2016 · What tools have you got to remove centrelock wheels? Porsche recommends a 800nm adjustable torque wrench and a breaker bar. Not sure why a torque multiplier isn't used as it seems like a better solution than a breaker bar or a very long wrench and easier.
I can recommend the sealey torque multiplier AK629 along with a torque wrench of your choice.... only needs to be 200-300Nm max. So quite small for package purposes. Both fit into the front...
