Huge selection and great customer service. I needed a basic tool set and while searching around I found that Toolsource had the best selection. I emailed customer service and received a prompt reply with pretty knowledgeable CSRs. Next time I need a tool, or something related, I'll come here. Date of experience: October 29, 2014
17 lut 2017 · For my first attempt I used the contact page on the website and for my second attempt I sent an e-mail to their customer service address. I do not know what happened to this company. They used to have outstanding customer service.
After waiting a week and a half for my order to arrive, I called twice to check its status. Neither of my calls were answered and I left my order number and a call back number. 24 hours after the original call, I sent an email to customer service, which was actually answered very quickly.
Customer service purposely misinformed me on several points. Ordered a part (sandblaster gun) from Toolsource.com online on the 10th and received a confirmation email, waited a week and a half with no further communication from Toolsource.com.
