The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc. provides FREE wellness programs to older adults and caregivers across our service area. Programs include Matter of Balance, Active Living Every Day, Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP, and Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention workshops.
