It's a factory. What you'll find is a wide selection of typical Japanese nigiri and typical rolls. Then you also find a variety of hot foods, including everything from fried noodles to teriyaki to shrimp/scallops. You'll also find chilled dungeness crab legs.
Todai's is pretty cool. It has a huge buffet that has not only seafood, but chicken, beef and pork dishes, as well. They have a full handroll sushi bar, a cooked to order stir fry section, a great dessert section and other goodies. The wait can be long if you don't get there early.
