We received a letter with a QR code to file a claim on paymentcardsettlement.com and it had information about the visa/mastercard transactions I had for my online store between 2004-2019. Is this legit? Has anyone received any settlement out of it? Thanks!
The process took 1.5 months, from when I filled out the application via their platform to receiving my passport back. Overall, would not recommend their service. I heard they were good in the past, but my experience was negative. I am not saying don't use them (because you may not have other choices), but be prepared for a very long process.
