23 lis 2011 · To revive this dead thread, you can get RCV CV joint Dana 30 shafts. These shafts use a CV joint instead of a u-joint eliminating the additional stress that is put on the pivot joint when the wheels are turned. RCV shafts of the same diameter as stock are supposed to be twice as strong as stock.
29 maj 2020 · I am looking to upgrade my Dana 30 and 35s by beefing them up. Is it worth it to upgrade from a 27-spline to a 30-spline chrome alloy axle shaft for either axle? I am looking to pair this upgrade with air lockers and a regear to 4.56 for 33 inch tires.
9 gru 2004 · TJ dana 30 allready runs the 760 U-joints, so you just need some replacement CrMo shafts or Warn hub conversion and inner shafts. As far as full high steer check out the tech section of this web page, should answer all your questions... and maybe make you decide to just go to a 44.
