10 paź 2023 · They want you to communicate with “the office” to cough up fines you should not even be penalized with, because this is a scam. You are right to question the legitimacy of the voicemail. Do not initiate further contact.
10 lut 2014 · This sounds like a major scam. I agree with my colleagues that, for any legal action to be initiated against you, you must be properly served. Leaving a phone message or even talking with you in person on the telephone is not proper service.
My USPS informed delivery emails show no such document being sent to me. I had my wife join in on the call and she more level-headedly asked as much information to try and determine what is actually going on and everything we search for says scam.
28 maj 2024 · I'm not aware of any court case against me, and I don't want to call back if it's a scam but also don't want to get in trouble if it's not. The caller showed up as from Morgantown, WV, and the phone number they left to return the call was (866) 900-0258.
