Generally the flow of the game will go something like this as radiant: Take the enemy tier 1 top tower, take tier 1 mid tower, take enemy tier 1 bot tower. Are you strong enough to push tier 2? yes -> push, no -> rosh.
Just use the BOT experiment script with all pick, then when all the bots have picked, type the positions you want them to play in allied chat starting from the left: 'mid bot top bot top', for example.
Pick a hero, play a few bot games with them so you are totally comfortable with their abilities and using courier properly. After that, you can try a real game and see how you fare. If it goes poorly, watch a video about that hero and try to spot the differences.
