Records Search. You can also obtain records from the Tulsa Municipal Court. Birth and death records can be requested from the Oklahoma State Department of Health. To submit an open records request, you can contact the County Clerk’s Office, depending on the type of record.
The Tulsa County Clerk of Courts is responsible for maintaining the records of all Tulsa County District Court cases. Court records are documents created during legal proceedings, such as criminal case files, bankruptcy records, and records from family or probate court.
