18 lis 2022 · If Tinkaton is to be used offensively, or at least, oriented towards dealing damage, it may be a good idea to run either a Fire- or Ground Terastal type in order to hit Pokémon that can switch into both Fairy- and Steel-type moves, such as other Steel-types, Toxapex or Fire-types in general.
4 wrz 2024 · Tinkaton is a good support option thanks to its access to a number of utility moves and solid defensive typing. Early in the game, Tinkaton makes for a good anti-lead, matching up well into other entry hazard setters like Clefable, Deoxys-S, and Ribombee and disrupting them with Encore while setting its own entry hazards.

Tinkaton is a fabulous Special Sweeper in single battles. It's purpose is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Choice Specs will increase the damage of Tinkaton's special moves by 1.5x but will lock you into the first move you pick.
