Tickets-center.com is a HUGE SCAM. I went through the same thing and I can confirm that disputing this with Discover was unsuccessful for me as well.

They wilfully and knowingly sold tickets for a show that had been rescheduled and continued to sell tickets for the wrong date. Found out later they jacked up the prices. It's basically a semi-legal scam.
