They are absolutely a scam & affiliated with several other scammy ticket sites like megaseats. They are arbitraging the ticket buying process - selling tickets for a high price long before the concert or event, and then buying low-price tickets at the last minute to fulfill those orders.

They mimic the actual box office site, run ads on Google and use deceptive practices, like having a drop down box with a fire emoji that COVERS their weak disclaimer (which is already in tiny font) so you literally can't see if when you are ordering tickets and hiding other disclaimers in the security certification badge.
