They are absolutely a scam & affiliated with several other scammy ticket sites like megaseats. They are arbitraging the ticket buying process - selling tickets for a high price long before the concert or event, and then buying low-price tickets at the last minute to fulfill those orders.
Things happened and I can't go now, so I emailed ticket-center.com, but based on these comments I'm reading, I think I'm just screwed. What sucks is I really need the money back. I'm not even sure Citi could refund the money anyway due to the purchase being so long ago either 😕.

SCAM Alert- Beware! I just purchased 4 tickets for a comedy show at $128/each (total of $512) and on the confirmation page before submitting it said $128x4. Then I got a confirmation email for $727.96.
This has been touched on here, but I never found a full definitive answer. My wife accidentally ordered tickets from this site. From what I gather, it is a legit third party resale site, like most others. Also seems to have been around awhile, long enough to not be a “fly-by-night scam.”.
