Off the top of my head: Ming Dynasty 1566, Toward the Republic, and Yongzheng Dynasty are familiar entries on every top 5 Chinese historical drama lists. The Qin Empire are also well regarded (the first three entries namely, ignore Qin Dynasty Epic) and actually available on Netflix surprisingly.
