The thirteenth series of Thomas & Friends first premiered on October 2009 via Screenopsis, then theatrically in the US in November 2009. The season later made its television premiere in the UK from January to February 2010 and later in the US from September to November 2010.

But there are problems the episode faces - like, why does Thomas have to keep saying "Victor's away today, I'm in charge", or something to that extent, to every engine that arrives at the Steamworks? We can see that!
