After spending several hours today looking for answers, attempting various solutions (from re-installing the Xbox App, Microsoft Store, Windows Game Services, to fixing my registry, luckily hadn't gotten to Windows re-install yet) I finally found the issue and fixed it.
30 gru 2019 · Hello, I recently purchased Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for PC, but I am having difficulty installing games from either the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store app. I am getting the error '0x803F8001' when attempting to install an app, which occurs immediately after the 'Acquiring License...' step.
I'm experiencing the exact same problem (Windows 11, all downloads stuck) and tried to solve it in all the kinds of ways that has been suggested (Update Windows/Apps in Microsoft Store, Reinstall/repair/reset Gaming Services, Xbox, Microsoft Store; wsreset.exe, Delete RegKeys, boot in Safe Mode and delete folders) and still no progress.
Game pass replaces the Install buttons for all Ubisoft games with animated dots. So, I instead clicked download from the Ubisoft Connect app. The only problem--the Valhalla installer asks for a language, and English isn't among the options.
