For most spriters, the built in Paint application from Windows is great. It's simple, and does exactly what you need. For a bit more versatility though, Paint.NET (free), GIMP (free), or if you have access to it, Photoshop (paid) can all do quite a bit more.

19 lip 2017 · Another easy fix is to clear out the temporary download cache Steam uses when obtaining game files from its servers.-Boot up Steam.-Click on ‘’View’’ among the options running horizontally along the top of the client window.-Select ‘’Settings.’’-Click on ‘’Downloads’’ in the left-hand list.

13 maj 2020 · This same file keeps not downloading whenever I redownload the game, I even tried adding a blank .txt file in its place with the correct name but that didn't work either. any suggestions on how I could fix this issue? Thanks!
Hey there! I just recently started replaying one of my favorite games of all time, and went to go and see if any of the sprite files or anything else had been uploaded anywhere onto the resource sites. To my surprise, neither the game or it's predecessor has had any files uploaded onto any of the resources sites!
