24 mar 2024 · There are 5 apartments and a community space (bar) for your sims. 2 of them are industrial lofts. Rest of the units are placed in a older classic looking tenement. Lofts have the entresols, and there's also an unit with 1 level, unit with 2 levels and unit with 3 levels.
Depends on what part of New York you want to make. You might as well ask for stuff to make an "America style" neighborhood. Do you want Chinatown, a ghetto, a suburb, a wealthy apartment complex, an arts district, a college neighborhood...?
