Amazon review scammers are trying to buy 5 star reviews without looking like they’re buying 5 star reviews. A long time ago, sellers could offer free or discounted coupon codes to buyers in exchange for an “honest” review.
It is a scam using a stolen credit card. They want you to pay the "band" which in reality is the scammer themselves out of what they pay you. They will never show up for the "party" and most likely the payment they made to you would be reversed when the victim files a dispute. You end up out the money you send to the fake band.
