CVS Success with Savings Card. Hello - just picked up my 2nd month of Zepbound and wanted to share some good (for me) news. My Rx coverage changed on Jan 1 from Express Scripts to CVS Caremark and I had to transfer my Rx from a Walgreens to a CVS Pharmacy.

The Zepbound Savings Card is intended for commercially insured patients without any government insurance (eg. Medicare, Medicaid, etc). Commercially insured patients with insurance coverage for Zepbound may pay as low as $25 for a 1-month or 3-month supply of Zepbound with certain limitations.
Savings are limited to amount of your out-of-pocket cost, up to a maximum program savings of $6,800 per patient. The coupon is valid for up to 90-day supply of tablets per prescription fill. The coupon may be redeemed only once every 21 days.
