Truly excellent: An 8 should be on your must-try list, because 8s are great. These spots are worth making an effort or crossing town for. Saloon is an Italian chophouse in Bella Vista that has great pasta, seafood, and steaks. It's also a quintessential Philly dining experience.

One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to. Had clams casino and eggplant parm for appetizers. Penne vodka, New York strip, and bolognese were all great. The veal parm was the best ever had. All service was great. Nicky and Gregory in the parking lot were great guys.
