3 sie 2017 · It honestly depends on your build. Conditional Stun Immunity and flask refill are clearly the best Pantheon powers, but there are builds that don't need either and can afford to use a source of phys/reflect reduction.
Pantheons are strong permanent passives which you can get by defeating specific bosses from act 6 to act 10 and you can have a major and a minor Pantheon which take effect once you have chosen them by talking to Sin. In this build, your major Pantheon is ‘ Soul of the Brine King ‘ which is available once you kill the final boss of Act 6.
