Kirac's Memory of the Pantheon helped me finish it. Using it on your atlas marks 3 maps with a special quest from Kirac. Those maps each contain 2 Pantheon shrines. I usually found a third Pantheon rare on those maps too. All told a single memory object got me 9 of the 100 needed.
In this build, your major Pantheon is ‘Soul of the Brine King‘ which is available once you kill the final boss of Act 6. It provides the following effect: “You cannot be Stunned if you’ve been Stunned or Blocked a Stunning Hit in the past 2 seconds”.
Serious question - I've tried to figure out how to do pantheon in game, but even if I search the boss name, it won't highlight. I've searched both the specific boss, and also the pantheon node name (ex brine king).
