I had issues playing on my rx6800s laptop gpu and I have seen many complaining about having graphic glitches (grass/trees) and performance problems (+ full screen bug and so on). I think I have found a solution to fix the game entirely.

4 lis 2022 · try deleting the config file "the evil withinConfig.cfg" in folder c:\users\yourWindowsLogin\saved games\tangogameworks\the evil within\base then try game again. if you have an nvidia card, run geforce experience then optimize the game with that then launch. maybe some driver/graphics settings were changed since you last launched

As the title says, there is a lot of texture streaming issues with this game but searching didn't actually yield very much. I know it runs on an idtech 5 engine and that is not a great engine with a lot of issues like this. Dishonored 2 had a lot of similar issues too as it ran on this engine.
