25 mar 2019 · Luckily, the Division 2 for PC is just as playable on a controller as it is on mouse and keyboard. Yes, yes, we know , your aim won't be quite as snappy, but this isn't a competitive esport, so calm down.
14 gru 2023 · i literally just started playing my first time about 2 hours ago. Controller works perfectly, Def up to you. this game is on consoles as well. so the controller support is very natural
The game will also automatically add 'aim assist' support when using the controller. I will be playing with keyboar and mouse but the Xbox One Controller works very great. But as Panic Fire said get the Steam Controller.
Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I actually tried this because I pc game from the couch and controller support is there. There's also native support for the dual shock 4 without the need for DS4windows (it actually bugs out if you have it on and then start D2 with it).
Even using a PS5 controller natively on PC works with no issue. Yes, Windows 11. Xbox Wireless Controller and newer, change the: ControllersMode to 2 in state.cfg located in: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2\.
