I think a series would be great, there’s 10 books and I think 5-6 seasons would be good. Season 1 would be the first book, season 2 the second, season 3 the third, then seasons 4, 5 and 6 could all be a bit longer, heavily focused on the last 7 books with all the main characters now together.

The series centers around three protagonists from separate periods of time—Grubbs lives in the present day, Kernel in the 1970s, and Bec in around 450AD. The books detail their fight against the demon master Lord Loss, his many demon familiars, and Shadow, who promises to destroy the human universe.
It's been years since I read them but the Demonata books are all over the place in terms of time skips, characters, etc. I guess you could maybe condense every three books into a season and do it like the first season of the Witcher or Westworld.
