The checks look legitimate but I'm suspicious and cautious as I can't figure out any reason for my receiving them. AMR HOLDCO is legit. In a nutshell, AMR operates under many subsidiary names and AMRHOLDCO is simply the rollup of all those entities. Most if not all billing is through that entity.
