For max FPS (copy these down into "launch code options") -dxlevel 81 -full -w WIDTH -h HIEGHT -nod3d9ex. change -w WIDTH to your screen res width. change -h HEIGHT to your screen res height. *Example of mine is -w 1366 -h 786. remove -dxlevel 81 from launch code options after launching the game once.
