17 gru 2018 · I see you were charged for a month of Game Pass following a trial subscription. If you haven't already, we suggest you cancel it at our Subscription Management page. Cancelling a subscription within a few days of renewal will give you an automatic refund.
If you currently have a Gold or regular Game Pass subscription, it will convert that into Game Pass Ultimate, limited to 36 months. But since you don't currently have a subscription, there's nothing to convert
Go to manage your subscription and hit cancel or turn off automatic payments. This will keep your sub active until your renewal date and then it will cancel. If you just remove your payment you might get charged the renewal to your xbox account and then you would owe xbox money
