Adopted Amendments to 19 TAC Chapter 230. The State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) adopts amendments to 19 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §§230.1, 230.21, 230.31, 230.101, and 230.105, and new §230.39, concerning professional educator preparation and certification.
