Log in into your TEAL account to access your educator account, click View My Educator Certification Account to access your ECOS account and complete the appropriate online application and pay the fee.
Login to TEAL. If you already have access to the Educator Certification Online System (ECOS), click the My Documents tab on the left side of the ECOS menu. Upload your current drivers license or state ID (Out-of-Country educators must upload their passport).
When setting up a new TEAL account, you must enter your name exactly as it appears on your state ID card. Existing educators- the first and last name entered here must match exactly with the name on your educator records, or you will not be able to access your educator account.
