As I understand the new feature update has "hidden" Windows 7 Backup that was included with Windows 10. However, my recent web searches say I can access it via the System-> Storage-> Advanced Storage settings -> Backup Options. However, this takes me to Windows Account Settings for OneDrive Backup.
18 sie 2021 · It looks like I am stuck with the built-in utility File History that can make BitLocker encrypted file/folder copies & restores without any problems. I'll maintain 3 File Histories, instead of the previous 2 File Histories, and the Backup and Restore (Windows 7) that has been deprecated.

Then, you will still be introduced to Backup and Restore in Control Panel.
