Gloria retired from rabbits in 1995 while Linda Thompson continues today with her Southern Belle's Mini Rex. You can find Southern Belles in the pedigrees of the top winning Castors including the first and second Mini Rex to win BIS at an ARBA Convention.

AFFILITATED CLUBS. Local All Breed Clubs are the backbone of our hobby. In the last decade, Texas has lost about half of our All Breed Clubs. Without All Breed Clubs, there are no local ARBA shows to participate in.
29 lis 2018 · Mini Rex. Though a relatively new breed, the Mini Rex is consistently the #1 or #2 top entry at any ARBA Convention. Developed in 1984 in Texas by the late-great Monna Berryhill. The plush coated Mini Rex became a recognized breed in 1988 and have been dominating the show tables ever since.
Our Texas Mini Rex Rabbit Club gang welcomes you to come home to the ‘birth’ place of the Mini Rex Breed. Our theme for the show is ‘Mini Rex Homecoming.’ This is our club’s fifth Nationals to host. Several of our current board members have hosted at least one or more Nationals in our State.
