Impact Texas Teen Driver (ITTD) is a FREE, mandatory video that describes the dangers of distracted driving. The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) requires all New Driver License applicants, ages 16 & 17, to view and submit proof of successful completion of the ITTD video as part of the License Application process.
Register. Before watching the video a DESKTOP COMPUTER or a LAPTOP is needed. The video is not compatible with a CELL PHONE, TABLET, or IPAD. Note: This registration form must be completed with the student's information. The Completion Certificate will only print for the name registered on the account.
